Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° and lightly spray the baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Melt butter in the cooking pan, adding the garlic and browning it for about 3 minutes.
- Take off the heat and stir in the honey.
- Toss the carrots in the mix, and coat evenly.
- Arrange carrots in a single layer, shake salt and pepper, and then bake for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- Let cool and sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.

- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, Fresh Ground
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Butter
