AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Thompson, FNP-C, has joined AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Chatsworth.
Thompson joins Kirasten Brasfield, MD; Cindy Jones, NP-C; and the care team at AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Chatsworth, which offers a wide range of medical services for its patients. The clinicians provide comprehensive services and solutions that help patients and families in every stage of life.
Thompson works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the desired treatment goals with care and compassion. “I am called to my field because it is an opportunity to live out my faith in the service of others with the goal of making a positive impact in the lives of my patients,” Thompson said. “I am willing to meet patients where they are and help them achieve their health goals.”
She earned her master’s degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University and is a board-certified family practice nurse. Outside of providing care to her patients, her interests include traveling and sports.
