DELAND, Fla., November 28, 2018 – Florida Hospital DeLand has named Jerry Goodwin to serve as clinical manager for rehabilitation services.
In his new role, Goodwin will provide clinical oversight for physical, occupational, and speech therapies at Florida Hospital DeLand and the medical office building, as well as the Victoria Medical Park outpatient facility and Stetson University.
He has more than 20 years of knowledge and experience and has led care teams in multiple settings, including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, and outpatient rehab including sports rehabilitation. He has worked with high-level athletes and those ranging from pediatrics and neonatal intensive care (NICU) to geriatric care.
Goodwin has a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
