AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to announce that Tom Curtis, FNP-C, is joining AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Health Depot. Curtis previously practiced at AdventHealth Medical Group Urgent Care at Calhoun for several years.
Curtis joins Sarah Polow, DO, and the team at AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Health Depot, which offers a wide range of medical services for the entire family. The care team carefully listens to patients and provides thorough exams and offers solutions to make sure you stay at your best.
Curtis earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. Prior to becoming a certified nurse practitioner, he served as a nurse and registered respiratory therapist. He is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
